When Learning Comes Together

For my service project hours, I participated in clinical hours where I assisted with various tasks to support the healthcare team. During this time, I helped with patient check-ins, organized medical supplies, and ensured exam rooms were properly prepared. I also contributed by shadowing healthcare professionals, gaining valuable insights into patient care and daily clinical operations. This experience not only helped fulfill my service hours but also deepened my understanding of the healthcare environment.  A transformation I’ve noticed in myself is I’m so much more confident after going to those clinical sites and being able to practice in the real world. All my knowledge comes together and I’m able to learn so much from it. It has also helped with my confidence a lot being able to apply it to my patients when I am assessing them.
