RECOMMENDED TRAINING PATHWAYS
In the dropdown menu below, you’ll find suggested member development pathways organized by service term length. Each pathway includes recommended monthly trainings and resources designed to support your growth throughout your fellowship experience.
These pathways are meant to serve as a guide, not a limitation. While all fellows are required to participate in some form of member development every month of their service term, you are encouraged to pursue opportunities that are most relevant to your goals, interests, host site responsibilities, and professional growth. This may include:
OUSF-recommended trainings
Host site trainings
Webinars, workshops, or conferences
Community-based learning opportunities
Professional certifications or skill-building experiences
The recommended schedules below are designed to help you stay engaged consistently throughout your term and to introduce trainings at points where they may be most useful during your service experience.
After completing a training or development activity, please submit your certificate or completion screenshot using the Member Training Tracker Form and log your time in IPT as Member Development hours.
OUSF staff may periodically check in to support your progress, help connect you with additional resources, and encourage continued engagement in your professional development journey.
