As a Campus Coordinator would I have to take specific training?

Yes, new Campus Coordinators will receive training on the responsibilities, processes, and various websites associated with the One Utah Service Fellowship AmeriCorps Program.

Coordinators are required to attend a Quarterly Conference Call where additional training and updates will be shared.

Coordinators are required to attend a yearly in-person training to prepare for each new grant year in July.

As a Campus Coordinator would I need to attend every orientation given to our members?

No, Campus Coordinators are only required to attend one orientation each new grant year.

When are enrollment dates?

Enrollment period begins August 5th every year and ends August 4th of the following year (dependent on the availability of slots). Enrollment start dates are every Tuesday.

If a member is ready to exit, when should I contact OUSF Staff about it?

You should send the member to https://www.oneutahservice.org/exiting-the-program. Information for the member’s exit will be found there. For information about your responsibilities during the exit process see the Coordinator Information Page above.
